Our five buildings are privately owned and each is overseen by an on-site manager. Four are located on Capital Hill and one is on lower Queen Anne near the Seattle Center. Each building was constructed in the early part of the twentith century when craftsmanship was highly valued. . You will find hardwood floors, claw foot tubs, built in cold storage, in short unique architectual details and charcter that were common during the era. Each needs to be seen to be appreciated.
Since the buildings are not managed by a large firm you wil find that there is a strong sense of pride and community in each. We tend to rent to people that we feel will fit within that community rather than an application.
